Minimum opening deposit for account is not a fee, rather an amount required to open an
account.
It is paid into the account and can be withdrawn after the account has been set up.

What information do I need to begin my online application? We'll ask you and your coapplicant (if applicable) to provide personal information such as, drivers license or Is a minimum opening deposit required to fund an account? You'll need to make a minimum deposit to open an account online. How soon will my account be funded and available for use?

Without the minimum deposit amount account set up will not be completed.
If you submit your application after 8:00 PM local time or on any non-business day, we'll open your new account the
next business day. You will be able to see your new account online once we receive the opening deposit money.
